All You Need To Know

2019 - 2020 GYMNASTICS SESSION (JULY 29 - MAY 30)

 

  • 50 Minute Classes (Preschool)   $73.50/month
  • ​1 Hour Classes (Developmental & Tumbling)  $85/month
  • 90 Minute Classes (Level 2) $110/month
  • 2 Hour Classes (Advanced) $140/month

​We operate on a yearly schedule for all our gymnastics classes. Classes start July 29, 2019 and conclude May 30, 2020.  Our session is 44 weeks with 4 scheduled days off for each practice group. Monthly rates are prorated to include these days off.

REGISTRATION FEE ​

 

  • ​​This fee is due yearly and will be due at the time of registration for the 2019-2020 Gymnastics Session.  The Registration Fee is valid July 29, 2019 through the end of Summer Classes and Camps 2020. All registered families will receive a discount on 2020 Summer Camps, Privates, Clinics, and Birthday Parties.
  • Individual $35
  • Family $60 

DISCOUNTS

 Sibling Discount - We are happy to offer a multi child discount. Siblings will receive a 10% discount.

Multi-Class Discount - We encourage students who are passionate about the sport to consider enrolling in a second class. We offer discounted rates for students who choose to participate in two or more classes per week.

PAYMENTS

 We accept payment by check, cash, automatic bank draft, Visa/MasterCard or Discover. 


 

  • Receive a $5 off monthly tuition when you use Automatic Withdrawl from your checking account, due on the 1st of each month.
  • Payment is due by the 1st of each month.  A $10 late fee will be charged after the 1st of every month if payment is not received.  Your child will not be able to participate in class until payment has been made each month.
  • You are responsible for notifying Easley Gymnastics if your child needs to drop a class, with 30 days written notice.  You will be responsible for tuition during that time.  Drop forms are available on the Forms page of this website and in our office.

DRESS CODE

 Girls - Leotards are preferred for our girl gymnasts but gym clothes are acceptable. Shorts may be worn over leotards. Hair must be pulled up in a pony tail. No jewelry, bra tops, zippers, buttons or snaps will be allowed. Bare feet. Cubbies are available to put shoes and extra clothing in.

PreSchool Boys - Gym Clothes.  No zippers, buttons or snaps will be allowed. Bare feet. Cubbies are available to put shoes and extra clothing in.

MAKE UP CLASSES

 ​Students are strongly encouraged not to miss a class, however, we realize that situations may arise that prevent attendance. Your child may make up any days missed during other class periods.  You must call to arrange make up days in classes that have available space.

Easley Gymnastics does not follow school districts regarding weather closings.  A determination of whether or not class will be canceled will be made  by no later than 3:00pm. We will post a message on Facebook. In the event of a weather closing, please follow our normal make up policy. 


PARKING

 If the gym lot becomes full, we have a lot behind the gym that you may use.  Do not park at Staircrafters or on the road between the businesses.  You may be towed.  Please observe one way direction entering our upper lot and exit from the bottom near the church.  You may not park at the door to wait for your child to exit.  All parents must walk their children in and out of the gym.  There are no exceptions to this.  You may leave the building while your child is in class.  Please be on time when picking your child up.

DROPPING A CLASS
